Data protection
ecoplus Digital GmbH attaches great importance to the careful handling of personal data. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, DSG, TKG 2003). The provider (Fuchsfabrik Digitalagentur GmbH) automatically collects and stores information on the web server such as the browser used, operating system, referrer page, IP address, time of access, etc.. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics 4 has been extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” in order to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

YouTube
Functions of the “YouTube” service are implemented on our website. These functions are offered by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. The embedded videos place cookies on the user's computer when the website is accessed. If you have deactivated the setting of cookies for the Google advertising program, you will not have to expect any such cookies when accessing YouTube videos. Functions of the “Vimeo” service are implemented on our website “Online Exhibition - SMART DATA + DU”. These functions are offered by Vimeo.com, Inc, 330 West 34th Street, 10th Floor, New York, New York 10001, USA. The videos embedded on this website are obtained from Vimeo servers.
During communication between your browser and these servers, Vimeo may request your IP address.
If you have rejected the media cookies when accessing our website, the functions of Vimeo are deactivated and no relevant data will be processed. At the same time, you will not be able to watch the videos. Only if you accept the media cookies will you be able to see the videos and the aforementioned data will be transmitted.

Buzzsprout Podcast Hosting
We use the podcast hosting service Buzzsprout from Higher Pixels, Inc. for the “Virtuelle Blaupause” podcast from ecoplus Digital GmbH. The podcasts are loaded by Buzzsprout or transmitted via Buzzsprout.
Buzzsprout processes IP addresses and device information in order to enable podcast downloads/playbacks and to determine statistical data, such as call-up figures. This data is anonymized or pseudonymized before being stored in Buzzsprout's database, unless it is required for the provision of the podcasts.

Spotify
We use the service Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 11153 Stockholm for the podcast Virtual Blueprint. When the podcast is accessed via this service, it is loaded and played via Spotify. Some technical data is processed for this purpose. The type of data collected and used depends on the type of service option. Registration is not required. Cookies are only created after consent has been given, until then the content is hidden.

Newsletter
Our periodic advertising newsletters will only be sent to your e-mail address if you have registered for the respective newsletter via “double opt-in” and have consented to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose. As soon as you have sent the newsletter registration form, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration.
We use the e-mail marketing software of the company “eworx Network & Internet GmbH” to process and deliver the newsletter. “eworx Network & Internet GmbH” records the opening and clicking behavior. Specifically, the following information is tracked Time of delivery, time of opening, duration of opening, IP address of opening, e-mail program used (mail client), which link was clicked and the time of the click. This data is processed exclusively within the European Union and is not passed on to third parties.

Events
Notice pursuant to Art. 12 DSGVO:
At ecoplus Digital GmbH events, images of event participants are regularly taken for the purpose of press and public relations work. We publish such images on our website, in our social media channels and in business network portals, generally accessible to all persons who access these offers. These publications are primarily made in a journalistic context (§ 9 DSG) and always in the perception of our interest in communicating our event activities to the public ((Art. 6. Abs. 1 lit f GDPR); we carefully weigh this interest against your personal rights and your right to privacy and do not publish any images that impair these rights. The aforementioned rights do not exist in connection with purely journalistic image processing, the legality of which is governed in particular by the Mediengesetz and § 78 UrhG.
