AI-assisted transcription and protocol creation

In everyday work, meetings, appointments, and coordination sessions generate a wealth of information that needs to be documented and reused. This project utilizes an AI-powered transcription system that automatically captures conversations and creates structured summaries. Beyond simple transcription, the system analyzes and clearly presents the content, allowing for quick identification of relevant points and targeted processing of information. This results in a searchable and readily usable documentation resource that significantly simplifies daily work.

The application is suitable for various applications, such as meetings, interviews, and process documentation, and supports a modern, language-based workflow.

The project is being implemented by the Lower Austrian Road Service and is currently undergoing a testing phase from November 2025 to September 2026.
