ISI - Use Case "KidsUniverse": Digital booking platform for leisure activities

The ISI project offers companies the opportunity to explore new digital technologies and adapt them to their specific needs for subsequent implementation within their businesses. In the use case of partner KidsUniverse FlexKapG, a digital platform was developed to help parents easily find, organize, and book leisure activities for their children. The goal is to create a central overview of leisure activities such as excursions, birthday parties, and holiday camps, and to simplify planning for families. The platform allows for easy searching and booking of various activities. During the booking process, additional information, such as allergy information or special requirements, can be submitted as notes. At the same time, leisure providers are provided with tools to manage their offerings, such as reservation calendars and booking management functions. A user-friendly interface supports both parents in planning activities and providers in digitally organizing their offerings.
