Intellectual property (IP) protection is a crucial foundation for the successful transformation of research results into marketable products and services. But how can research results be effectively protected from the competition in the market? And what precautions must be taken to avoid infringing on the intellectual property rights of others?
The aim of this training is to provide a fundamental understanding of IP rights and the development of a sound IP strategy. Particular attention will be paid to various types of intellectual property rights, such as patents, utility models, registered designs, copyrights, and trademarks.
