The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has a profound impact on all areas of our lives and our society. AI offers small businesses in particular a wealth of opportunities to improve their services and effectively address future challenges. In line with the current exhibition "SMART DATA + YOU," the House of Digitalization's 2025 SME workshop program focuses on generative AI and prompting. In our workshop, we invite you to discover and understand this fascinating technology. Prior knowledge is required, and we place particular emphasis on the following key areas:
- Understanding data usage by generative AI providers
- Differences between public and private offerings
- In-depth understanding of generative AI and prompting
- Experimenting with various tasks and output formats
- Functionality and creation of agents and plugins for SMEs

The workshop is free for companies in Lower Austria, but registration is limited to a maximum of two people per company. The maximum number of participants for this event is 35. The workshop will be conducted by ACP IT Solutions GmbH.
