Practical relevance, use cases, and expert discussions were the focus.

The afternoon centered on expert presentations, discussions, and practical examples that demonstrated where AI is already being used successfully in companies—and where it reaches its limits. Keynote speeches by Dr. Thomas Pisar (“AI for Human Organizations”), Aileen Toleikis from HPE (“The Real Value of AI”), and Tracey Martin from Microsoft DACH (“The Frontier Firm”) provided impetus for the strategic integration of AI into business processes. In the “Bring Your Own Use Case” format, specific questions from the audience were addressed directly on stage by experts.

Another highlight of the program was the concluding panel discussion on the topic “Is AI the Solution?”. Representatives from business and technology—including Reto Meneghini (MondayCoffee), and Dejan Jovicevic (Brutkasten)—discussed the opportunities, risks, and importance of using AI responsibly.

Shaping the Future Together

“Since its opening in 2022, we have relied on strong partnerships to advance digitalization in the country. With the AI Insider, we are creating a format together with ACP that provides companies with guidance and makes concrete solutions visible,” emphasize Lukas Reutterer and Claus Zeppelzauer, Managing Directors of the House of Digitalization.

Strategies for Successful AI Integration

Alexander Liebl, Director of Business Consulting at ACP Consult, emphasized:

“AI is not an end in itself. What is crucial is how it is integrated into existing processes. Our task is to meet companies exactly where they are – from the initial considerations to scaling. The AI Insider offers the ideal framework for this: exchange, inspiration, and above all, concrete examples of how AI is already creating real added value today.”
