The importance of artificial intelligence in tourism is growing steadily. To make it easier for Lower Austria's tourism businesses to start using artificial intelligence, Niederösterreich Werbung, ecoplus, and Haus der Digitalisierung are currently touring Lower Austria with a series of AI workshops. After sold-out events in the Vienna Alps and Weinviertel destinations, the roadshow will stop for the first time in the Danube destination at the “Alte Kloster Hainburg” on June 5.

"The application of AI in tourism opens up a wide range of opportunities, from tailor-made customer experiences to increased efficiency in internal processes. Our workshop aims to make AI technologies tangible and make it easier for participants to get started with their practical application. In this way, we not only want to strengthen the competitiveness of companies, but also support a further innovation push in the tourism sector," explains Bernhard Schröder, Managing Director of Destination Danube Lower Austria.

Led by Philipp-Thomas Müller, founder of CtrlE Consulting & Holding GmbH, the workshop offers tourism companies the opportunity to engage intensively with AI technologies and learn about specific applications.

"The AI Roadshow is in tune with the spirit of the times and provides interested companies with the tools they need to take their first steps in the field of artificial intelligence. By providing practical training and concrete application examples, we help companies recognize the potential of AI and integrate it into their everyday business," emphasize Claus Zeppelzauer and Lukas Reutterer, managing directors of Haus der Digitalisierung.
