BIM@Manufacturers and Planners - Cooperative BIM Implementation Project

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an integrated planning method using a digital building model. In so-called "open BIM," data is exchanged between companies and across trades. In the construction industry, BIM is the epitome of digitalization. The initially higher planning effort is rewarded with higher quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost savings in both construction and operation.

The aim of the cooperative, qualifying BIM implementation project was the practical application of BIM working methods without real project risk, introduction to the complex topic and knowledge building with practical relevance.
