The training programme was designed as a hybrid learning journey: In addition to face-to-face sessions in Tulln, modules could also be completed online to enable the most flexible participation possible. "Managers are faced with the task of making their companies fit for the future. Artificial intelligence is a key topic here - those who understand it and utilise it in a targeted manner will gain a competitive advantage. With this training, we have created an offer that is practical, well-founded and, above all, practicable," emphasise Klaus Niedl, founder of the Digital Champions Network, and Christoph Jarisch from the House of Digitalisation.
The workshop series offered a structured overview of current developments in AI - from the fundamentals and potential of large language models (LLM) to process optimisation, legal and ethical issues, prompting techniques and change management in AI projects. Renowned speakers from science and business - including Dr Jeannette Gorzala, MMag Waltraud Jelinek-Krickl, DI Thomas Mandl, Dr Manfred Bornemann, Monika Fuchs and Thomas Gölles - imparted in-depth knowledge and practical ideas.
The positive feedback from participants confirms the need for targeted further training formats for managers. A continuation of the ‘Executive AI Academy’ is planned for autumn 2025.
