"digi4Wirtschaft" project of the week: Digital mobile cleaning service

Order scope, work confirmation, and documentation via tablet or smartphone. Instead of picking up paper orders at the office, employees receive all order information on their own tablet or smartphone and can then drive directly to the customer.

Order placement via smartphone or tablet

The digital mobile cleaning service has digitized processes.

The company owner can now upload the agreed-upon cleaning plan to the system during consultations with clients. This system also allows employees to assign tasks, which they can then access via the app.

Other app functions include documenting orders and reporting additional needs for cleaning supplies.

The project is supported by the digi4Wirtschaft funding program of the State of Lower Austria, the Federation of Austrian Industries Lower Austria, and the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
