Focus on digital innovation: New multimedia exhibition at the House of Digitalization

“IS DIGITAL THE SOLUTION?” STARTS IN SEPTEMBER 2025

(ecoplus, 13 March 2025) - “In Lower Austria, we are doing everything a province can do to ensure that our companies and our citizens seize the opportunities offered by digitalization. With our 'House of Digitalization', we are continuing to focus on providing comprehensive information and raising awareness. Following the exhibitions “Mensch + Maschine” (2023) and “SMART DATA + DU” (2024), the next production is already in the starting blocks. Under the working title “Is digital the solution? - Innovations for our future“, the new exhibition will shed light on digital change from new angles from September 4, 2025,” says Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner.

The previous exhibitions were well received: More than 26,500 visitors immersed themselves in the world of “Man + Machine” and “SMART DATA + YOU”. Since the beginning of 2023, 116 events with around 11,500 participants have also taken place at the House of Digitalization. Innovative formats such as Digitalks on Tour, Cybersecurity on Tour, AI in Tourism and the Prompting Workshops reached around 4,000 company representatives in 2024 alone. The interest shown by young people is particularly pleasing: over 5,000 schoolchildren explored the world of digitalization in a fun way in the Science Lab in the House of Digitalization.

NEW EXHIBITION: DIGITALIZATION AT THE PULSE OF TIME

People are also at the heart of digital development in the upcoming multimedia exhibition. Which innovations will shape our future? What challenges and opportunities will digitalization bring? These questions are at the heart of the new interactive exhibition designed by the “Digitooln” working group - a cooperation between Tulln-based Vermedia GmbH and the Innsbruck-based companies idee Concept & Exhibition Engineering GmbH and VRme.eu.

Numerous highlights are already being planned: interactive experience stations, visionary projects from Lower Austria and Austria as well as an impressive presentation on the 360-degree LED wall with an area of 310 square meters.

OPENING ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2025

The official opening of the new multimedia themed exhibition “Is digital the solution? - Innovations for our future” will take place on 4 September 2025 at the House of Digitalization in Tulln.

“With our multimedia productions, we create experiences that make digitalization tangible and illustrate social and economic developments. Our aim is to show digitalization from different perspectives and promote dialogue about innovative solutions for the future,” emphasize the managing directors of the House of Digitalization, Lukas Reutterer and Claus Zeppelzauer.
