They receive all the necessary information about the order on their tablet or smartphone and can then go directly to the customer.

Initial Situation

Previously, employees had to go to the office to collect paper copies of information about new orders.

Objectives

The goal of the project was to process orders via mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets. This was intended to make placing orders faster and easier, saving employees a trip to the office.

Result

The "digital mobile cleaning service" digitized processes for greater efficiency.

The company owner can now upload the agreed-upon cleaning schedule to the system during consultations with clients. The system also handles order placement for employees, who can then access the cleaning schedule via the app.

Other app features include order documentation and reporting additional needs for cleaning supplies.
