Digitalks on Tour 2025 successfully completed

Four stations, over 500 participants and one clear conclusion: AI is getting SMEs moving. Yesterday, the final event of this year's "Digitalks on Tour" series took place at the House of Digitalization in Tulln, with 120 participants. This joint initiative of the State of Lower Austria, the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce, and the House of Digitalization concluded the 2025 tour with a strong thematic and participant lineup, under the motto "Taking marketing and sales processes to the next level through the use of AI."

A total of 520 company representatives participated in the four events in Amstetten, Zwettl, Mödling, and Tulln. They took the opportunity to learn about practical applications of artificial intelligence in everyday business – particularly in the areas of marketing, sales, and pricing.

In Tulln, the program ranged from the use of AI along the customer journey and case studies from companies to new AI training programs. The speakers included representatives from wiasano, 506.ai, DIALOGIC, Bubo AI, the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, and WIFI Lower Austria.

“Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), access to digitalization topics is crucial for competitiveness. The Digitalks take the topic out of theory and demonstrate very concretely how AI works in practice – this is a great added value for our companies in the district,” emphasizes Johann Figl, district committee member of the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKNÖ) Tulln district office.

“The strong demand shows that AI has evolved from a buzzword to a real tool in everyday business. With formats like the Digitalks, we support SMEs in taking the next step into the digital future,” adds Lukas Reutterer, Managing Director of the House of Digitalization.

Digitalks on Tour will continue next year. The kick-off event will take place on January 13, 2026, in Melk. Further stops are being planned!
