“DIGITALKS ON TOUR” thrill Neunkirchen

This event demonstrated how AI agents can relieve the burden on companies in their day-to-day operations, increase process efficiency, and enable new forms of collaboration.

Supported by the State of Lower Austria, the Lower Austrian Economic Chamber (WKNÖ), and the Haus der Digitalisierung, this event series has established itself as a key meeting point for SMEs. Since 2023, more than 2,400 visitors have taken the opportunity to learn about digital trends and best-practice examples directly within their regions—while also benefiting from numerous networking opportunities.

In Neunkirchen, experts from Ernst & Young, FOTEC, Marketingwerk NÖ, Onlim, Process One, thynkAI, Alpha Intelligence, and WIFI shared their insights. They provided practical information on implementing AI projects, using smart assistants, AI-driven back-office automation, digital employees, AI-based knowledge management, and the use of AI agents in recruitment. The event was further enriched by information from the Technology and Innovation Partners (TIP), the Haus der Digitalisierung, and DIHOST regarding support services, events, and funding opportunities related to Agentic AI.

"With 'Digitalks on Tour,' we are bringing expertise directly to regions across Lower Austria. AI agents are a prime example; they are not merely a technological trend but offer concrete opportunities for businesses—ranging from more efficient processes and better management of internal knowledge to reducing the workload on employees," notes Helmut Kahrer of the Lower Austrian Economic Chamber.

Christoph Jarisch from the Haus der Digitalisierung is equally convinced: "Our recipe for success is simple: we demonstrate how AI applications can be easily integrated into everyday work routines. The key is for businesses not just to try out individual tools, but to recognize which tasks can be effectively automated. The strong turnout shows that many recognize the opportunities to work more efficiently and reach their target audiences even more effectively."
