‘Digitalks on Tour’ with a full house in Zwettl - focus on AI in marketing and sales

Zwettl, 25 April 2025 - The next round of the ‘Digitalks on Tour’ event series was once again a complete success: around 1oo entrepreneurs from the region came to the Zwettl District Office of the Zwettl Chamber of Commerce to find out about practical applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing and sales.

Digitalks on Tour" is a joint project of the Province of Lower Austria, the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce and the House of Digitalisation. They offer a platform for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) to discuss new digital technologies and learn about specific examples of their use. Since the format was launched, more than 1,750 company representatives have already taken part.

In Zwettl, experts from companies such as 506 GmbH, Oraklion GmbH, Bubo AI and Wiasano GmbH were on hand to answer questions. They showed how artificial intelligence can be used specifically to optimise sales processes and better address customers. In addition to current trends, specific case studies were presented - from AI-supported lead scoring to automated content creation.

The high level of participation once again showed that interest in AI applications in everyday business is growing. Many companies see great potential for increasing efficiency and reaching their target groups even more precisely, particularly in the areas of marketing and sales. 

Another highlight was the presentation of the new funding program "digi4Wirtschaft," which has been offered by the State of Lower Austria together with the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce since February 27. It specifically supports companies in digitalization projects with a focus on data and AI. The Digital Innovation Hub East (DIHOST), which was also presented, also offers support for digitalisation projects for SMEs.

The combination of expert insights, exchange, and best practices made this "Digitalks" event a valuable gathering for businesses in the region. Later in the year, the roadshow will also stop in the following regions:
