Efficient level measurement in ATEX areas

Level gauges are often located in remote, inaccessible areas. Therefore, the data should be transmitted wirelessly to a web platform. Providing a power supply for regular measurements is also a challenge. Large, heavy, and unwieldy battery packs are often the solution. Nevertheless, the measuring points still need to be visited regularly to replace the battery and perform maintenance.
Development of a compact, mobile data logger/level gauge with long operating time that can be operated independently of an existing infrastructure.
The myDatalogGauge measures the fill level every 10 seconds and transmits the data once a day. A transmission occurs immediately when a defined threshold is exceeded or fallen below. Thanks to the extremely energy-efficient Microtronics technology, the myDatalogGauge has a maintenance interval of 5 years.
