EMILIA - New challenges for city logistics

The global megatrend of urbanization is giving rise to metropolises, whose logistical supply presents an enormous challenge: from supplying supermarkets and delivering medications to delivering breakfast rolls to people's homes – logistics demands new, sophisticated concepts.

Idea collection on a publicly accessible innovation platform

In the EMILIA innovation project, creative ideas and specific user needs were gathered online. 85 ideas were submitted by 65 participants and pre-evaluated. These were then discussed, reflected upon, and further developed at an innovation workshop.
