“The high demand shows that companies are seriously considering how they can meaningfully integrate artificial intelligence into their daily operations,” emphasize Lukas Reutterer and Claus Zeppelzauer, Managing Directors of the House of Digitalization. “With our formats, we aim to address precisely this need – in an understandable, practical, and immediately applicable way.”

Under the motto “Make your company fit for the future!” the AI ​​Agent workshops offer a compact and accessible introduction to the world of these technologies. Participants gain an overview of how smart agents can take over routine tasks, support processes, and prepare decisions. The focus is less on technical development and more on how hybrid teams of humans and AI agents can be effectively organized and managed. Companies thus gain orientation, concrete starting points for their own operations, and impetus for their further AI strategy.

In 2026, the House of Digitalization is expanding its program to include new target groups: 

In addition to companies, senior citizens, women, and communities are increasingly coming into focus. A dedicated workshop for seniors is currently being developed. It will cover the fundamentals of digitalization, address safe use of digital services and the internet, provide practical cybersecurity tips, and introduce participants to ID Austria. This new offering is scheduled to launch soon at the House of Digitalization and will complement the existing portfolio of workshops, roadshows, and information sessions.
