Integration with ERP system

duri Antriebstechnik GmbH has been supplying industry and private individuals with drive belts and the corresponding metal components (pulleys, gears, etc.) for over 40 years. In addition to our in-house metal processing and belt bonding capabilities, trading and consulting are essential parts of our success.

The goal of this project was to connect our existing ERP system (inventory management) with our online shop. This allowed us to offer customers maximum pricing transparency and quickly transfer customer orders from the online shop into our ERP system, enabling us to serve and deliver to our customers as quickly as possible.

This project significantly reduced our lead times, as orders are now automatically transferred to our ERP system. Furthermore, several verification criteria were implemented to check data quality in advance and eliminate the need for subsequent editing. This allows our customers to shop in our online store 24/7 and view all stock levels online.
