The Prompt-a-thon is specifically aimed at Lower Austrian companies that bring real-world challenges from their operations and want to work on concrete AI applications together with experts and other entrepreneurs. Whether use cases, internal processes, or specific questions: the goal is to develop precise prompts and practical solutions from business requirements.
"Artificial intelligence unfolds its benefits where companies not only observe it but actively use it. This is precisely where the Prompt-a-thon comes in: Participants arrive with a concrete challenge and leave with tested approaches, new ideas, and tailored prompts," emphasize Claus Zeppelzauer and Lukas Reutterer, Managing Directors of the House of Digitalization.
On-site, the focus was on personal exchange and working on real-world business cases. Following expert input, participants worked in groups on specific use cases, developed prompts, tested them, and iteratively improved them. Participants were able to experience firsthand how generative AI can help simplify processes, increase efficiency, and generate new business opportunities. The workshop was conducted by ACP IT Solutions GmbH.
A key benefit of this format lies in collaborative learning. Companies not only profit from the expertise of the presenters but also from the experiences and perspectives of other SMEs. The prompt-a-thon demonstrates how requirements can be precisely formulated, prompts systematically developed, and AI applications strategically integrated into daily operations.
The next event will take place on June 15th at the House of Digitalization. Participation is free for Lower Austrian companies, but registration is required. The House of Digitalization will also be offering numerous other formats for businesses in the coming weeks and months – from AI applications in various industries and cybersecurity to practical workshops and networking opportunities. All current dates and registration information can be found on our website at www.virtuelleshaus.at.
