The Tax Advisor Robot

A "robot" that "runs in a black box" and helps sort receipts: ARTUS Tax Consulting GmbH uses an app where clients can easily scan their receipts.

 

These receipts are stored in a "private cloud" and sorted overnight by artificial intelligence (AI). Ideally, employees can start the workflow with a "go" the next workday.

In a few rare cases, employees still need to manually process the receipts. This only happens if the receipts received via the app are unreadable. Fortunately, this is a rare occurrence.

A major advantage of the app: It frees up more time for quality work.
