The team is also introduced on the website, and you can book an appointment online with your favorite stylist.

Background

The Gotschim hair salon opened in the 1930s, and much has changed since then. Today, many preparations for a hair appointment are done online.

Objectives

The goal of this project is to give customers the opportunity to learn about topics such as wigs, for example, using online consultation tools before their appointment. Another objective is to offer customers the option of booking appointments online, thus handling the pre-visit steps online.

Result

At the world champion hairdresser Gotschim, you can perfectly prepare for your appointment online. For example, in the 3D photo studio, you can view wigs in 3D before your visit and then, after reviewing the team introductions, book an appointment online with your favorite stylist. The project is supported by the digi4Wirtschaft funding program of the State of Lower Austria, the Federation of Austrian Industries Lower Austria, and the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
