The newly opened "House of Digitalization" in Tulln is not only a central digitalization hub for businesses in Lower Austria, but also aims to inspire Lower Austrians of all ages with digitalization through an annually changing exhibition. The spectacular thematic installation "Human + Machine" kicks things off today, inaugurated by Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner in the presence of Provincial Councillor for Digitalization and Economic Affairs Jochen Danninger, Creative Director Charlotte Tamschick (Tamschick Media + Space), Wolfgang Viehauser (HYPO NOE Landesbank für Niederösterreich und Wien AG), Andrea Edelmann (EVN AG), Josef Eisenschenk (Agrana Zucker GmbH), Günther Ofner and Christoph Schmidt (Vienna Airport AG), Edwin Klinglhuber (ACP IT Solutions GmbH), and the ecoplus Digital management team.

Digitalization You Can Touch

"The multimedia exhibition 'Human + Machine' offers a hands-on experience of digitalization for all segments of the population in a way that is unique in Austria. With one of the largest wraparound LED screens in Europe, impressive lighting and sound technology, and extraordinary exhibition stations, we aim not only to impart knowledge and information, but also to emotionally engage people with digitalization and dispel any apprehension they may have. This is incredibly important because digitalization is the future, and if we want our economy and the people of our country to actively participate in this future, then there is no way around addressing the topic of digitalization. I therefore warmly invite all Lower Austrians to come and be impressed by the interplay between humans and machines at the 'House of Digitalization,'" said Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner.

``` “The interactive exhibition ‘Human + Machine’ impressively showcases, among other things, the digitalization projects already being implemented in Lower Austria and how innovative and creative our companies are in this field. Lower Austria is at the forefront of digitalization – this exhibition clearly demonstrates that. The ‘House of Digitalization’ is therefore of particular importance as a beacon for digitalization made in Lower Austria,” explains Jochen Danninger, Lower Austrian Minister for Digitalization and Economic Affairs.
With today’s opening of “Human + Machine,” the spectacular showroom with its over 300 m² LED screen also officially goes into operation. The LED walls become the pulsating heart of the building, which is never visually static, but always in motion. As a perfect complement to the showroom, the so-called FabLab of the Lower Austrian Department of Science is located on the first floor: FabLab Lower Austria invites visitors to playfully explore and try out innovative digital technologies in its 100 m² space.
Visitors to the "Human + Machine" exhibition can look forward to a combination of six mobile, interactive stations, artistic interpretations of real-time data, innovative projects from Lower Austria, a 300 m² LED screen that wraps around the entire perimeter, exceptional sound and lighting technology, and breathtaking architecture.
